- The cave of Gadima is locaded in Gadima village near to Lipjan, Kosovo.
It is 1500 meters long. In the cave are the middle floor that is for visitors, the underwater floor and the upper floor. During summer the temperature inside the cave is constant 13 degrees Celsius and during winter 11-13 degrees.
Gadime's Cave was discovered by a villager named Ahmet Asllani, who in the yard of his house during the construction of the stone for building the house had encountered a small pit in which he noticed some marble parts. In the cave there are also some other natural phenomena such as the lake, the size of which can be 15 to 25 meters. The rare crystals found in this cave are not found in many parts of the world, so these crystals have European value, by the magnitude of growth of the crystal in one cm for 30,000 years, it turns out that the cave is 80,000 years old. There are many symbols in the cave formed by these crystals: Fish, Skanderbeg Beard, Serpent, Romeo and Juliet.
